Hospital & practice insights

Clinician feedback.
Where the work happens.

See how healthcare professionals rate the clinicians they observed at a hospital or practice. Each comparison uses feedback from that organization, with the sample behind the score shown alongside it.

These are preliminary summaries of reviewed clinicians. They do not measure hospital outcomes or represent every clinician at a location.

What goes into a comparison?

Comparisons use approved, location-specific professional feedback. Scores are preliminary and do not measure clinical competence or hospital outcomes; they are not adjusted for specialty mix. Read the full comparison policy.

How comparisons work

Only recent, moderated assessments from Verified Clinical Colleagues whose credential access remains approved are included. Reviews stay with the organization registry record selected by the colleague. A clinician's feedback from another hospital is excluded.

A location score can appear after one clinician has a publishable score from an eligible, recent assessment. The current questionnaire uses assessed competencies; earlier questionnaires retain their original publication rules. Early scores can change as more clinical colleagues contribute. Each clinician with a publishable location-specific score carries equal weight. Each comparison uses one labeled questionnaire; earlier and current questions are never combined. These summaries are preliminary colleague feedback, not validated reliability measures.

The selected organization's NPI and city identify each comparison. One hospital may have multiple registry records, and those are kept separate. Affiliation is attested by reviewers, not independently audited. Specialty mix and who volunteers to review can affect results; these comparisons are not adjusted for those differences.

Current scores summarize assessed knowledge, technical skill when assessable, recognition and judgment, and follow-through. Earlier scores retain their original questions and scale. None establishes clinical competence, complication rates, or an official hospital quality rating. Read the full comparison policy.

Help your clinicians' work become visible.

Invite eligible healthcare professionals across your team to share honest firsthand feedback. Participation does not guarantee a favorable score. Hospitals do not receive reviewer identities or control moderation.
