For the people who work beside them
You see the care.
Help others see it, too.
A clinician's bio tells one part of the story. Nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals see how they explain a plan, listen to the team, and follow through. Make those observations useful to patients and colleagues.
Your name and credentials are not displayed on public profiles. Review only clinicians whose work you directly observed.
One credential check. Firsthand feedback.

Create your account
Use an email you can access. A professional role alone does not grant reviewer access.
- 02
Verify your credential
Submit your professional credential privately. An administrator checks it before approving access.
- 03
Review what you observed
Select the clinician, setting, and work you observed. Answer nine focused questions; choose Unable to assess when needed. Optional written examples can be shared with your consent after moderation.

Before you contribute
Will my employer see my name?
Public profiles do not display your account name, email, or credential number. New public examples and observations may appear with your professional role only with your consent and separate moderation approval. Previously private comments and private moderation context remain private. Administrators can access private verification records. No service can guarantee that the context of an observation could never identify someone. Read the privacy and review policies.
What kinds of reviews belong here?
Firsthand assessments of knowledge, technical execution, recognizing problems, judgment, follow-through, and specific safety concerns. Choose the work you actually witnessed and could assess. Keep patient details out of every submission. Verified Clinical Colleagues can provide candid positive and negative observations; all submissions are moderated.
Can hospitals or clinicians pay for a better score?
Payment does not change scoring, review eligibility, or moderation standards. Invitations should welcome all eligible staff, without asking for a particular rating or asking anyone to show their answers to a manager.
How will my review help?
Qualifying feedback builds a clinician's public summary and can contribute to the hospital or practice comparison for the organization you selected. Explore hospital and practice insights. A preliminary score can appear after the first qualifying approved review, and its sample size is shown.
